Yoga brings your body, mind and soul into harmony.
I meet students on a one-to-one or group basis, guiding them in developing a personal practice. These yoga lessons are vital for anyone wishing to integrate yoga into their life, or where they have specific needs.
My emphasis is teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Trauma-sensitive Yoga - for all levels.
Whether a personal session or group class, it is very close to my heart that everyone finds his individual yoga path where each gets his physical and mental balance and inner calm.
